John holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition to his academic qualifications, he has earned multiple certifications in Business Administration, Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Corporate Identity, Color Technology, Print Production, and Quality Control in Printing and Allied Industries, among others.

Currently, John serves as the Coordinator of eLearning Content Development at Multimedia University of Kenya and is a Tutorial Fellow at the Faculty of Business and Economics. He is also pursuing his doctoral studies at the Management University of Africa, Nairobi.
