| Bio: Dr. Mugo is a dedicated Business Administration lecturer with over 15 years of experience in leading universities across Kenya. Since 2007, she has combined academic excellence with practical industry experience, having previously held senior management roles in various Kenyan and multinational companies. Her contributions to academia were recognized in 2018 when she was named Employee of the Year (Teaching Staff) at Multimedia University of Kenya. Notably, she was also the Best Final Year Student in Business Administration during her undergraduate studies at the University of Nairobi.
Dr. Mugo has attended leadership training programs both in New York, USA, and Kenya, enhancing her expertise in strategic management, leadership, marketing, and human resource management. As a result-oriented professional, she brings hands-on experience to her roles as a trainer, consultant, and researcher. Over the years, she has successfully completed consultancy assignments for numerous organizations across Kenya. An accomplished author, Dr. Mugo has published three books. Her leadership skills, combined with a strong sense of teamwork, self-motivation, and excellent communication and report-writing abilities, have earned her a solid reputation both in academia and industry.
