The Multimedia University of Kenya has been ranked among top ten best public universities in Kenya in the performance contracting evaluation report of Ministries, State Corporations and Tertiary institutions.
MMU scored Very Good in the implementation and actualization of the 2019/2020 Performance Contract and was ranked position nine among public universities and position twenty eight out two hundred and twenty seven State Corporations in Kenya.
According to the Vice Chancellor Amb. Prof. Festus Kaberia, the university’s outstanding performance is as a result of its commitment to quality management, capacity and infrastructural development
“The university’s impressive performance in the rankings is an indicator of our tremendous improvement in student enrolment and infrastructural development despite many challenges including effects of Covid-19,” said Amb. Prof. Kaberia.
The VC thanked students, staff and other stakeholders for their contributions and support which has enabled the university to provide quality training, research and innovations that addresses country’s problems.
