MMU elects new pension trustees
Multimedia University of Kenya has elected new varsity pension scheme Board of Trustee (BOT) members during a Special General Meeting held on Tuesday, 27th July 2021.
Mr. Dishon Kiiru of Faculty of Computing and Information Technology (FoCIT) and Ms. Sarah Njuguna of Faculty of Business and Economics (FoBE) won the academic vote alongside their non-academic counterparts Mr. Mutia Mwandikwa of Corporate Affairs and Mr. Philemon Butuk of Finance Division.
The four newly elected trustees will work alongside sponsor (employer) nominated trustees comprising of QS. Kibasui Ndonga of the University Council, Dr. Sitawa Wattanga of Faculty of Science and Technology (FoST), Prof. Abel Mayaka of Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FoET), and Mr. Cornelius Mutangili, the Registrar Administration.
The 8 member team will serve as trustees for a three year term.
