KCSE mean grade of C+ with a minimum grade of C+ in Physics/ Physical Science, Mathematics and in either Chemistry, Biology/ Biological Science or Geography or A-Level two principal passes and one subsidiary pass in the relevant subjects or relevant diploma from an institution approved by the University Senate

Applied Physics is a bridge between pure Physics and Engineering. Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics & Computer Science integrates the application of Physics in Computer Science. It combines Physics principles in solving various Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) problems by using hardware and software related applications.

A degree in Applied Physics and Computer Science is useful in seeking a career in environmental science, consulting, industry, government, research, or publishing in positions that require strong experimental, analytical and calculation skills.
