Multimedia University of Kenya (MMU) Chairman of Council Dr. Albert Kochei, today paid a courtesy call to Principal Secretary, ICT & Digital Economy Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui to discuss potential areas of collaboration with the Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy regarding the upcoming Konza Digital Media City (KDMC) project.
“Today, I paid a courtesy call to PS ICT & Digital Economy Eng John Kipchumba Tanui and our discussion was centered around potential areas of partnerships, touching on research initiatives, training programs, and workforce development in digital media and communication between MMU and the Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy,” said Dr. Kochei.
While KDMC aims to position Kenya as a premier filming destination in Africa, MMU prides itself on being one of the best universities in the country, providing training in broadcast journalism, film production, and animation.
